Eligibility & Registration

• 1.Warranty applies only on purchases from authorized dealers or authorized online platforms.
• 2.Product warranty must be registered with the company via dealer
• 3.Warranty card and cash memo must be preserved and produced for any claim.

Not Covered Under Warranty

• 1.Stains or soiling after unpacking/usage; cloth damage or tearing during usage.
• 2.Opening of stitches (quilt/tape edge) reported after 30 days from purchase.
• 3.Damage due to improper use, insects, rodents, or natural calamities.
• 4.Smell from moisture, air conditioning, or wet surfaces/liquid spills.
• 5.Comfort preference differences.
• 6.Sagging within tolerance: < 25 mm (for < 125 mm thickness), < 37 mm (for ≥ 125 mm).
• 7.Sagging/damage caused by improper cot or uneven base.

Service & Replacement Logistics

• 1.Company bears transportation & handling for replacements; additional floor labor may apply.
• 2.Replacement at customer doorstep if serviceable; otherwise, at purchase location.
• 3.Replacement timeline depends on stock availability; discontinued models replaced with similar price/value.
• 4.In paired sets, if one mattress sags beyond tolerance, both will be replaced.
• 5.Rebate calculated on invoice value (or MRP − 10% if invoice missing).

Note: Minor body impression is normal and does not affect comfort. All claims fall under Mumbai jurisdiction. The company’s decision is final.
